Mahintana Foundation, Inc. attended the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Laconon100 Multi-Purpose Cooperative on August 20, 2022 at Brgy. Veterans, Surallah, South Cotabato with Dole Philippines, Inc. Laconon100MPC will establish their new office building and other business opportunities such as gasoline station, consumer store and pineapple fiber business as part of their sustainability plan. Ms. Leamor Banaga of Dole Philippines Community Relations has given its message emphasizing that their new venture is a responsibility however they should not be afraid as hardships is part of growth. Mahintana Foundation, Inc. represented by Mr. Dave Laurence Dela Cruz also gave its message of support and inspiration to Laconon100MPC, congratulating the cooperative on its new journey. After the groundbreaking, Mr. Jun Gardose discussed with Mr. Dave Laurence Dela Cruz the pineapple fiber establishment as it will be constructed along with the office building. Mr. Dela Cruz to send the economics and process flow of pineapple fiber production.
