Representatives from thirteen (13) civil society organizations from Malapatan and other municipalities in Sarangani Province learned inputs on identifying resources and were capacitated on preparation of project proposals, business plan and management of investment portfolio through a 2-day Training Workshop on Business Planning, Portfolio Management, Resource Mobilisation and Proposal Preparation on August 6-7, 2015 at the Sarangani Highlands Garden, Gen. Santos City; facilitated by the Sarangani Province Empowerment and Community Transformation Forum, Inc. (SPECTRUM) who implements the EU-funded RESOURCEGov project in the municipalities of Malapatan and Maasim. Engr. Fred Fredeluces-Proprietor of Green Tropics Enterprise and producer of the Green Tropics Coffee was the Resource Speaker of the training-workshop who shared and discussed the components and strategies on Business Planning/Writing a Business Proposal.
