On March 2, 2024, the ProPEACE Programme II, in support of the Ridge to Reef Program, together with the Nouronissa’s Indigenous Farmers’ Integrated Association, in collaboration with the Kulubi People’s Association, Tala Inged Farmers Association, the BLGU of Lapu led by Hon. Basit Nilong, and the Moro Youth Organization of Polomolok (MYOP), engaged in a collaborative effort to plant 2,000 bamboo seedlings in Barangay Lapu. 
Subsequent to the tree growing activity, the MFI conducted a Community Consultation meeting with the Women and Youth of Barangay Lapu, Polomolok, South Cotabato.
