A groundbreaking ceremony for the Bangsamoro Women’s Learning Center, funded by Dole Philippines with the support of the AY Foundation, was held at Purok 6, Brgy. Bunao, Tupi, South Cotabato, facilitated by Mahintana Foundation, Inc., through its ProPEACE Programme. The Executive Director of MFI, Ms. Liza Duropan-Hora, encouraged the members of BMW SCOr and challenged them to be the gateway of progress in the Municipality of Tupi which the BMW SCOr bravely accepted and were thrilled with the plans for the development of their organization.
The RCBC, representing the AY Foundation, Kasilak Development Foundation, Inc., represented by Mr. Alvin Quer, 5th Special Forces Battalion, represented by Capt. Rex M. Zacarias, the MLGU and BLGU Tupi, Dole Philippines led by Ms. Leamor B. Baรฑaga, and the VP & Managing Director of Dolefil, Mr. Reynaldo C. Doria, all attended the ceremony to show their commitment and support to the Bangsamoro Women of South Cotabato. The program ended with smiles and excitement from the partners who joined the said activity.
