The RESOURCEGov 2 Project Launching and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing on December 13, 2017 gathered together the key officers of Mahintana Foundation, MINCODE and its members (Agri-Aqua Development Coalition-Mindanao, Kasilak Development Foundation, and PhilDHRRA) including the local chief executives and heads of key departments from different target LGUs in Regions 11, 12 & 13. The purpose of the activity is to strengthen the partnership and explore opportunities for the effective implementation of the Project. Held at Green Hotel, General Santos City, the event was also attended by DILG-12 officials, Provincial Directors and MLGOOs headed by the Regional Director Mr. Reynaldo Bungubung.
In his message of support, Mr. Bungubung, recognized the positive results and significant contributions of the RESOURCEGov Phase 1 project to the LGUs and CSOs. “It is a project intended to pursue excellence in local governance,” he said. The DILG-12 will continue to provide assistance to the project as support also to their mandates in delivering basic social services to the communities efficiently and effectively.
The presentation of the project overview by the Project Manager, Mr. Roel Ian Blanker highlighted the project goals and objectives and other relevant details about the project.
