The South-Eastern Philippines Health and Economic Alternatives (HEAL) project has started the medical equipment and supplies distribution to beneficiary-brgys. last October 2011. The activity is a project intervention, under its health component, aimed at complementing the health services of RHUs and BHS. Specifically, the activity aims to reduce maternal and child death and improve accessibility and quality of health service delivery in IP, upland and boundary areas of South-Eastern Philippines.
