The South-Eastern Philippines Health and Economic Alternatives (HEAL) project has started the medical equipment and supplies distribution to beneficiary-brgys. last October 2011. The activity is a project intervention, under its health component, aimed at complementing the health services of RHUs and BHS. ย Specifically, the activity aims to reduce maternal and child death and improveย accessibility and quality of health service delivery in IP, upland and boundary areas of South-Eastern Philippines.
