On February 1, 2023, representatives from the Province of Davao del Sur conducted a benchmarking at South Cotabato Provincial Hospital in its interest of implementing Health Plus Shop in a Shop (HPSiS).
Headed by the Provincial Administrator, Provincial Health Officer, Provincial Accountant, Provincial Budget Officer, Provincial Treasurer, BAC Chairman, Internal Auditor, Provincial Planning and Development Officer as well as representatives from both the Provincial and District Hospitals the benchmarking started by visiting the South Cotabato Capitol and was duly entertained by Vice Governor Dodo Pinggoy and the Provincial accountant, Ms. Cynthia Barrientos. After which, the team proceeded to South Cotabato Provincial Hospital (SCPH) to check the SCPH- HPSiS. SCPH team headed by their Chief of Hospital, Dr. Conrado Braรฑa, Jr. toured the team in the hospital and Ms. Roditt Delfino, SCPH Admin Officer presented the hospitalโs background and the partnership with Mahintana Foundation Inc., HEALTH Plus project. She presented the legal requirements in its implementation and its best practices which strengthened the partnership for 14 long years. This was another significant step for the HEALTH Plus Project in its goal to replicate and expand its services to the neighboring province of Region XII.
