A total of 62 participants coming from the implementing organizations , Mahintana Foundation, Inc. , Coalition of Social Development Organizations in South Cotabato (CSDO-SC) , Sarangani Province Empowerment for Community Transformation Forum (SPECTRUM) and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Regional Office XII and the Provincial Offices of North Cotabato, Sarangani, South Cotabato and Sultan Kudarat , along with elected and appointed municipal officials from the eight project sites of the 3-year EU-funded Revenue Enhancement by Strengthening and Optimising the Utilization of Resources CSO Engagement in Local Governance (RESOURCEGov) Project ; participated in the 2-day Performance Review for Year 1 and Annual Planning for Years 2-3 , conducted at the Sarangani Highlands on September 23-24, 2014.
The activity aims to 1.Present and assess the Year 1 Project Accomplishments versus Targets; 2. Develop an updated action plan for Years 2-3 and 3. Finalize the Annual Interim Narrative and Financial Report for submission to the European Union.
During the expectation setting, participants were made to write their answers on metacards to finish the statement “We hope to contribute. . .,” referring to inputs for the 2-day activity, “We hope to experience. . .” referring to processes and “We hope to achieve. . .” referring to outputs. Program Manager Jobe C. Tubigon presented the project indicators and consolidated project performance while Project Finance Officer Wilma C. Jumilla presented the Financial report and fund utilization.
