Mahintana Foundation, Inc. conducted a Pre-Membership Education Seminar Training of Trainers at Tupi Integrated Agricultural Cooperative in partnership with Dole Philippines last September 14-15, 2022. It is a two-day activity whose objective is to prepare trainers to resent information effectively, respond to the participant’s questions, and lead activities that reinforce learning.
To effectively conduct the training, the MFI invited Ms. Mary Luzviminda T. Herezo as the resource speaker for the said Training of Trainers where she discussed the Trainer’s Skills and the Basic Concepts of the Cooperative, which includes the history, RA 6938, RA 6939 & RA 9520, Structure, Benefits, Success Factors, and other matters related to the cooperative. The TIAC gained a lot of knowledge from the training and are now ready to handle PMES in their community.
