A total of 44 delegates of the South-Eastern Philippines HEAL project left General Santos City for Palawan last January 23, 2012 to participate in the 4-day Year-end Evaluation and Planning Workshop at Kuyba Almoneca, Puerto Princesa City. Participants comprise of members of the 6 implementing organizations, together with the PHOs and respective MHOs, PHNs and RHMs of South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat and Sarangani provinces.
