On September 20, 2025, Mahintana Foundation, Inc., together with Dole Philippines, Inc., participated in the International Coastal Clean-Up Drive organized by the Philippine Coast Guard Southern Mindanao District and the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary 1402 Squadron, under the leadership of Commodore Roy Salud, PCGA. The event took place at Purok Bayanihan, Barangay Calumpang, General Santos City.
More than 50 participants joined the clean-up effort, successfully collecting around 1,800 pieces of non-biodegradable waste along a half-kilometer stretch of coastline, amounting to a total of 200 kilograms.
This initiative highlights our shared commitment to protecting marine ecosystems, reducing plastic pollution, and promoting a cleaner, healthier environment for future generations.
