Municipal Health Office-Polomolok and Mahintana Foundation Inc. conducted water sample collection on June 22, 2020 at Kinilis Potable Water System, Prk. 8, Barangay Kinilis, Polomolok, South Cotabato. The samples will be sent to South Cotabato Provincial Hospital (SCPH) where its potability will be analyzed after facility completion and chlorination.
The team was headed by MHO Polomolok Sanitation Inspector Mr. Ferdinand Frigillana with Mahintana Project Officer Mr. Luwee Roy Siacor. The water samples were collected from the collection box, and the 5 cu. m. and 10 cu. M. tanks.
