In celebration of the 18th Anniversary of the HEALTH Plus Project, Mahintana Foundation, Inc. conducted its 4th Medical-Dental Mission for 2025, dubbed Lakbay Buhay Kalusugan (LBK), at Brgy. Tamadang, Kiamba, Sarangani Province—an IP-dense community led by Hon. Juanito Sampan.
The LBK activity was implemented in collaboration with the Municipal Government of Kiamba, headed by Mayor George Falgui Jr., through the Municipal Health Office, and the Provincial Government of Sarangani through Ronda Probinsya and the Provincial Health Office under the leadership of Dr. Arvin Alejandro.
A total of 343 beneficiaries accessed various free health services, including medical consultations, dental extractions with fluoride application, circumcision (operation tuli), prenatal check-ups (Tutok Buntis), CKD screening, active case finding, and ultrasound services.
With the collective effort of 57 dedicated volunteers, the LBK caravan continues to bring quality healthcare closer to every Sarangan — one barangay at a time.
