Mahintana Foundation Inc. conducted the 2-Day Pre-Membership Education Seminar Training of Trainers (PMES-TOT) at Polo Samahang Nayon Multi-Purpose Cooperative on August 23-24, 2022. The general objective of the Training of Trainers is to prepare trainers to present information effectively, respond to the participants’ questions and lead activities that reinforce learning. Ms. Mary Luzviminda T. Herezo, the resource speaker of said event, share to the participants about basic facilitation, basic concepts of the cooperatives to which includes the History, RA 9520, cooperative values and principles, structure, and benefits. The seminar also instruct the participants to come up with their own presentation from different topics to discuss during the PMES.
The participant presented it on the second day with their respective topics. Ms. April Rose Barsanalina, the Chairman of the Education Committee, Ms. Karen Mae Daguro, and Ms. Luzviminda Herezo assessed each groups’ presentation.
