RESOURCEGov conducted its 5th PIT-PMT Meeting on February 7, 2019 at LGU Tagbina Seminar Hall, Tagbina, Surigao del Sur. On the same day, the Unveiling of the RESOURCEGov Billboards in LGU Tagbina and LGU Barobo was conducted. The activities were attended by 61 participants (Male 35, Female 26) from the RESOURCEGov Team, the DILG 11, 12 & 13, LGU partners of Regions 11 and 13.
The Unveiling of RESOUREGov Billboard Ceremony in LGU Tagbina was attended by Mun. Mayor Hon. Generoso Naraiso and his staff. Messages were given by Mahintana Pres. & CEO Mr. Martiniano L. Magdolot, Kasilak Executive Director Mr. Joemil Montebon, MINCODE Executive Director Ms. Raizsa Anayatin, and was responded by the municipal mayor after the unveiling of the billboard. The 5th PIT-PMT Meeting was then held in LGU Tagbina Seminar Hall followed by fellowship lunch sponsored by the host LGU. In the afternoon, the different offices who utilised the ODK, Qlik and LITS Systems presented the advantages and recommendations in using the systems. After the short presentation, the participants visited the department offices of LGU Tagbina particularly the SB Office, the MPDO, the Assessor’s and Treasurer’s Offices. The participants traveled to LGU Barobo for the unveiling of RESOURCEGov Billboard in the said municipality. A short program prior to the activity was held where the Mun. Mayor Hon. Joey S. Pama and Hon. Vice-Mayor Allan Bernal expressed their gratitude and support to the project implementation in Barobo. DILG Provincial Director for Surigao del Sur Mr. Pedrito Alacaba shared that the systems rolled-out by the project are helpful to the municipalities. The billboard was then unveiled.
The RESOURCEGov Billboard is one of the visibility actions of the project. For the Phase 2, the 6 LGU partners in Regions 11 & 13 are set to unveil the billboards this year.
