Project Officer Mr. Byron E. Delandrino visited the Municipalities of Sto. Niño, South Cotabato, Bagumbayan and Columbio, Sultan Kudarat to install the Legislative Information Tracking System (LITS) on April 24, 25 and May 2, 2018, respectively. The project officer was able to install the system to four (4) computer units. The LGUs had requested/ acquired their computer units solely for the use of LITS and is estimated to be a total cost of around Php 300,000.00 for the three (3) LGUs.
Mr. Delandrino was welcomed by the respective SB Secretaries and their staff. The 3 LGUs were all planning to purchase new computers for the use of LITS. LGU Sto. Niño requested to postpone the installation because they are waiting for the unit to be used as the database to arrive. The IT staff presented to install the LITS instead. As for the other 2 LGUs, they installed the system to the units available in their offices for the moment so that they can start encoding entries. All of the SB Secretaries and their staff expressed their gratitude for being beneficiaries of such project.
On May 7, 2018, LGU Sto. Niño contacted with Ms. Patoc to confirm that system was successfully installed in the main server and client stations.
