Mahintana Foundation, Inc., seeks the services of a consultant to do an end-of-project evaluation for one of its projects that will end on February 2012. The foundation also seeks the services of a contractor to do a video documentation of the said project.
The consultant of end-of-project evaluation must have expertise and a minimum of 5 years work experience on project evaluation, involving programs on public health, agriculture, and local governance. The contractor of video documentation, on the other hand, must be a member of a qualified video production company, has expertise and a minimum of 2 years work experience on video documentation, and must have proven human resource capacity in production and post-production areas.
End-of-project evaluation will be on November 2011 – 30 January 2012 while video documentation will be on 2-31 January 2012.
